About Jen Richardson, née Donatelli
As a Creative Director, art director with 15 years of experience, I have crafted campaigns for many catagories of clients. But I really love working in the fashion and beauty space. Currently based at Ogilvy New York, I blend creative vision with a deep understanding of strategy and business objectives to deliver ~beautiful~ ads. My managing experience extends to leading and mentoring teams, both in-house and across partner agencies.

Fun facts
An ad I made 12 years ago still runs at Christmas time.
My grandpa is written about in a mafia story.
Everyone thinks I look like Lady Gaga, I don't really see it.
